Here are some pictures from our annual Pine Valley trip with Shayne's family. Lots of food, fun, and cousins!
We also got to go and visit my brother Marty and his family (Bonnie, Angie and Hyrum) at Catalina Island in California. He was working at the Cherry Hill Boy Scout Camp for the summer. The girls had a blast! We just played and played in the ocean. Parly and Clayre snorkeled for their first time. It is beautiful there. And we all got to go for a ride on the big boat, with only a few sea sick-ers.
We always go to Logan in the summer because it is so nice up there. This summer we had a surprise retirement party for my dad. He knew he was retiring, he was just surprised about the party. It was a short trip and we actually had to keep ourselves hidden from him for a night and almost a full day. (Was that really necessary or was everyone trying to just avoid the Scott Family?). But the surprise was real and it turned out to be a great party. Happy retirement Dad!
